PARCELLE ASSAINIES
The Summer Camps held by the Ndaw Foundation in Parcelle Assainies focus on the importance of hard work, discipline, and building a community. The Ndaw Foundation camps provide shirts and shoes for every child who attends camp! More importantly, the camp is designed to have a long-lasting impact on the children of Senegal by teaching them the importance of education and loving one another.
FIRST EDITION CAMP AT PARCELLE 2023
Hoops for Hope: Play, Give, Inspire!
The Ndaw Foundation held its first basketball camp in Parcelle Assainies. The themes were implemented as everyone showed discipline by working hard and coming together to stay positive.
We organized this event at the home court of the esteemed Coach Malick Goudiaby. Colin Lamine first encountered Coach Goudiaby at the AfricaNextgen, where he was deeply inspired by the coach's boundless energy and unwavering passion for positively impacting youth. In recognition of Coach Goudiaby's remarkable influence, The Ndaw Foundation partnered with him to give back to his community, creating an opportunity to foster growth and inspire future generations.
The coaching staff led by Coach Malick Goudiaby and Serigne Mouhamadou Moustapha Séne did an excellent job of motivating every child! They set up a dynamic warm-up, skills training, and physical endurance sessions and finished with games.
The camp was a huge success, as 54 young athletes participated, and we took this opportunity to express the importance of education and building a community. At the end of the camp, every child was provided with a Ndaw Foundation shirt and a pair of basketball shoes!

SECOND EDITION CAMP AT PARCELLE 2024
Elevating our Game, Embracing the Challenge
The Ndaw Foundation returned to Parcelle Assainies to host the second edition of our camp, continuing our mission with a focus on the five C’s: Character, Commitment, Conditioning, Confidence (both physical and mental), and Competing. Through these core principles, we aim to foster a strong, supportive culture within our communities.
With the same dedicated coaching staff, we made a lasting impact on the kids. Our warm-ups, games, and drills are designed as tools for them to incorporate into their daily routines to achieve athletic success. We also stressed the importance of continuing their education as a means to drive positive change in their lives.
We proudly sponsored the local Division 1 team, USPA, with over 25 pairs of shoes and shirts. Additionally, we provided 30 more pairs of shoes to local children and donated over 60 Ndaw Foundation shirts, along with more than 150 brand-new shirts from Under Armour, Nike, and Adidas. Although we anticipated 45 kids, the camp welcomed 70 enthusiastic young athletes. Thanks to your generous donations, we were able to equip every participant with shoes and shirts, ensuring their full participation and enjoyment.
